Summary
The role is responsible for validating PODs, managing shortages, coordinating with internal stakeholders for claims closure, and initiating preventive measures to reduce DEPS shortages. The position will play a critical role in root cause analysis, escalation closure, and operational improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance within defined SLAs.---
Key Responsibilities:
POD & Claims Management
Validate unclean PODs and ensure accuracy before submission.
Share POD-related data with Zonal Sales Heads for claim confirmation to prevent future debit impacts.
Coordinate with the Claims Department to ensure timely closure of claim cases.
Ensure closure of client escalations with detailed RCA and CAPA as per the defined SLA.
Shortage Management
Ensure all ZT open shortages are closed within 2448 hours.
Analyze shortage tickets to identify root causes, including pilferage and piece shortages.
Drive corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Ensure excess/unplanned box movement within PC/branches is transferred to the DEPS area promptly.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Develop, update, and share dashboards with the Ops team highlighting process gaps with 100% accuracy.
Initiate and monitor projects focused on reducing DEPS shortages.
Create and maintain a robust UCG tracking and disposal process to ensure timely actions.
Oversee UCG area activities and ensure the DEPS team manages and monitors UCG in PCs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or relevant field (preferred).
35 years of experience in logistics operations, claims handling, shortage management, or similar roles.
