Salary- 6 LPA About Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a MIS, Process Automation, Process Improvement, and Product Coordination Specialist. This role is designed to improve operational efficiency by automating processes, implementing improvements, and coordinating product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management, automation technologies, and product lifecycle coordination. Key
Responsibilities: MIS: ● Build and maintain centralized "Master Databases" that serve as the single source of truth for all program dashboards, ensuring zero-error data integrity across diverse academic cycles.
Process Automation: ● Identify and analyze key business processes to design and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. ● Develop and deploy automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Google Apps script, Postman, Google cloud console. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manual workflows and streamline them with automation tools. ● Monitor and optimize automated processes for continuous improvement. ● Train teams on how to use new automation tools and techniques effectively.
Process Improvement: ● Lead process improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. ● Conduct data analysis to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. ● Design and implement process improvement plans based on Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies. ● Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that process improvements align with business goals. ● Develop and maintain documentation for improved processes to ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer.
Product Coordination: ● Act as a liaison between different teams (e.g., product development, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless product development and delivery. ● Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of product-related tasks, ensuring timely launches and on-budget performance.
Skills & Qualifications: ●
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). ●
Experience : ○ 1+ years of experience in process automation, process improvement, or product coordination. ○ Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross functional teams. ○ 3+ years of experience in Excel & Google Sheets ●
Technical Skills : ○ Proficiency in automation tools and software (e.g., (Excel, Power Automate, Google Apps script, Postman, Google cloud console.). ○ Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and techniques. ○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ●
Soft Skills : ○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. ○ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ○ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications : • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Experience with product lifecycle management
