Associate - Merchant/Store/Vendor Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and monitor field recruiter team performance
• Visit target areas to onboard local vendors and retailers near Delhivery dispatch centres
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Explain payment structures and convenience stores to partner with Delhivery
• Coordinate with operations and leadership teams for smooth execution
• Ensure vendors follow app and partner tool guidelines
• Maintain vendor data, including agent count and dispatch capacity
• Negotiate effectively to optimize delivery costs

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with experience in store/vendor onboarding for last-mile operations
• Preference for candidates from the e-commerce industry
• Immediate joiners preferred
