Associate Master Data Management - Offrole

Key Responsibilities:

Master Management:

- Ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-today operations for Master Management which includes vendor, employee, customer, chart of accounts etc.

- Ensure overall delivery of services is within agreed SLA's & KPI's as defined between FSSC and clients.

- Identify inefficiencies and assist the team leader in determining a future state that satisfies business requirements

- Leverage digital tools to improve quality of services and equip the businesses with valuable insights to achieve their desired business outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with the tax laws of the country and AEB rules of the group. Conduct AEB test for all masters as per the group guidelines.

- Ensure adherence to the Internal Control principles as per the groups Internal Control Reference framework.

- Conduct verification of critical fields through 3rd party APIs at the time of Onboarding & Code Creation.

MIS Reporting:

- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for MDM and provide actionable insights for business use.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs, enhance data accuracy, and support decision-making.

- Publish key performance indicators (KPI) reports necessary for effective operations and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Relationship:

- Manage relationships and liaise with the stakeholders to ensure alignment on process related activities or changes in process.

- Develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers, using a collaborative approach to ensure the best possible outcome. Ability to engage in a constructive conversation leading to a consensus is key

- Ensure a disciplined approach to operational excellence/performance management that evolves over time.

Transition Support:

- Support integration of MDM operations for acquisitions/mergers by assessing current practices and proposing harmonized processes, controls, and system approaches.

- Play a key role in service or ERP transitions of MDM processes of entities under scope, when required.

- Bring in shared service specific knowledge & best practices for smooth implementation and execution.

- Work closely with other vertical leads to establish the right organization for FSSC post transition.
