Associate, Market Research and Insights

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Market Research and Insights on the Knowledge Exchange team, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct internal and external research to identify topic trends, support collection scope decisions, and develop insights using internal portals and third-party research sources.
• Support content curation and repository management by organizing, tagging, publishing, updating, and maintaining content in accordance with approved taxonomy, metadata, governance, and workflow standards.
• Analyze content usage, freshness, gaps, and search performance to support archival, acquisition, and promotion recommendations for collection priorities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, process documentation, and training materials to support project coordination and operational improvement.
• Collaborate across knowledge-sharing channels, communities of practice, and stakeholder groups to support high-quality content delivery and continuous process improvement.
  
  

The team

The team enables Deloitte professionals to access and apply the firm's global knowledge, capabilities, and expertise in service of clients. Through Knowledge Exchange (KX), Deloitte's authoritative knowledge destination, the team curates, publishes, and maintains content across key business and industry topics, helping practitioners quickly find relevant knowledge and connect with subject-matter experts. We also manage repositories and knowledge platforms, acquire proposals and client deliverables, and collaborates with Knowledge Services, Knowledge Managers, subject-matter experts, and business stakeholders to prioritize and publish high-quality content across Deloitte.

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Postgraduate degree or Master of Business Administration with 1+ year of experience, or bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Degree in Business Administration, English, Mass Communication, Humanities, Library Science, Commerce, Information Systems, or a similar field
• Experience conducting secondary research using internal and external research sources
• Experience supporting content management, content curation, or repository management activities
• Experience using taxonomy, metadata, search, or content lifecycle processes
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, presentations, or process documentation using Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using GenAI tools to support research, content, or process improvement activities
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Factiva, Hoovers, OneSource, Thomson, or similar research databases
• Experience supporting intranet portals, collaboration platforms, or knowledge repositories
• Experience with search engine optimization, metrics reporting, or content usage analysis
• Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, Photoshop, or intranet social media tools
