Associate Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver leadership development programs for senior executives to enhance their strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and increase productivity.
• Provide executive coaching to high-performing employees to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans for career advancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design learning curriculum that aligns with company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 10-14 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field (e.g., Human Resources).
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective leadership training programs.
• Strong understanding of Change Management principles and ability to apply them in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
