Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Analyze logistics cost trends, shipment KPIs, turnaround times, and operational bottlenecks.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA partners, shipping lines, transport vendors, and technology providers.
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Work with developers to translate business requirements into functional solution.
• Participate in product testing and issue resolution.
• Support vendor onboarding, training coordination, and implementation governance.
• Support end-to-end program management for international logistics and trade transformation projects.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate UI/UX reviews, workflow design, and feature prioritization.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Commerce
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• Business Analysis (3+ years)
• Product Management (4+ years)
• E-commerce Strategy (4+ years)
