Position description: Responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet sales targets and enhance customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive sales across Tier 1, 2 3 cities.
• Visit 40?50 retailers and school partners weekly.
• Ensure product placement stock availability.
• Work closely with distributors for order collection and payment follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with distributors retailers, K8 schools coaching centers, as well as teachers education hubs.
• Execute market mapping, promotions new launches.
• Track competitor activity and share insights.
• What Success Looks Like
• 150?200 active retailers/partners per month.
• Consistent reorder flow.
• Strong beat coverage and market visibility.
• Strong product knowledge. Who Should Apply
• 2?10 years of business development or field sales experience.
• Background in Books / Stationery / Education preferred.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Thrives in competitive and fast paced markets.
