Associate Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of claims adjudicators to ensure timely and accurate processing of US healthcare claims.
• Conduct regular quality checks on processed claims to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in claims processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claim issues.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in claims adjudication, processing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Proven track record in managing teams or projects involving high-volume data processing.
