About the Role
We are looking for a highly accomplished Associate Manager - Technical Hiring to lead and drive recruitment delivery for Full-Time IT hiring mandates across leading System Integrators and Global Technology Consulting organisations. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on recruitment expertise along with team leadership capabilities, managing a team of 3-5 recruiters while carrying individual and team hiring targets.
This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering technology hiring mandates, stakeholder management, team mentoring, recruitment strategy execution, and revenue-focused delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
Individual Contributor Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and strategic Full-Time IT positions.
- Source, screen, assess, and engage high-quality technology professionals across various IT domains.
- Handle senior-level and niche technology hiring requirements independently.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Drive offer management, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Team Management Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 Technical Recruiters.
- Allocate requisitions and monitor team performance against hiring goals.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance discussions, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Support team members in closing challenging and niche technology positions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and results-oriented recruitment culture.
Delivery & Business Responsibilities
- Own and achieve individual as well as team hiring targets.
- Drive fulfilment for multiple client accounts within established SLAs and KPIs.
- Work closely with Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Business Leaders to understand hiring forecasts and workforce demands.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, placements and productivity.
- Prepare hiring reports, dashboards, and delivery updates for leadership reviews.
- Build strategic talent pipelines aligned with ongoing account growth plans.
- Ensure high joining ratios and improved offer conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of technical recruitment experience with a strong focus on Full-Time IT hiring.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading recruitment teams.
- Proven experience working with leading System Integrators and Technology Consulting companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, TCS, IBM Consulting, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, or similar organisations.
- Strong understanding of technology skill sets, recruitment methodologies, and talent market trends.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, Boolean Search techniques, and talent mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, recruiters, and hiring priorities simultaneously.
