Associate Manager - Persistency Tracking

We, at Bharti Axa Life Insurance are looking for candidate who want to build their career in a fast growing environment. We are hiring for Associate Manager - Persistency Tracking to join our Revenue Assurance Team.

Main Purpose of Job:

A detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the Revenue Assurance (RA) function in protecting and growing the in-force book through improved renewal and persistency outcomes. The role will own end-to-end persistency tracking across bancassurance and strategic partnerships, from due-base management to partner governance. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Contact Centre and Partnership distribution teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner Persistency Tracking & Coordination

• Persistency Tracking: Own the daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of renewals and business persistency (13th, 25th, 37th, 49th, and 61st month) across bancassurance and strategic partners, on both premium and policy-count basis.
• Due Base Management: Maintain the monthly renewal due base and track movement across paid, grace period, lapsed, and revived buckets by partner, zone, branch, and product.
• Partner Scorecards: Publish partner- and zone-wise persistency scorecards and due lists to partner and internal sales teams on a defined cadence.
• Query Management: Act as the operational SPOC for partners on persistency data, renewal status, and reconciliation queries, ensuring timely resolution and smooth day-to-day communication.

Persistency MIS & Reporting

• Persistency MIS: Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards providing partner-, zone-, channel-, and product-level visibility into persistency and collection metrics.
• Engagement Program Tracking: Track partner- and RH-level persistency contests and engagement initiatives, support payout computation, and report on program impact.

Data Analytics & Strategy Deployment

• Opportunity Identification: Conduct deep-dive data analytics to uncover process inefficiencies, payment bottlenecks, and target areas for collection improvement.
• Data-Driven Allocation: Deploy analytical and predictive models into weekly/monthly allocation strategies across the Field Sales, Call Center, and Branch Operations teams.
• Performance Tracking: Build and monitor feedback loops to ensure field and call center teams are optimizing the data models provided to them.

Key Indicators:

• 13th and 25th month persistency (premium and policy basis) against partner-wise targets.
• Renewal collection efficiency against monthly due base, and reduction in lapse and grace-period ratios.
• Revival and reinstatement conversion on the lapsed book.
• Adherence to partner governance cadence and closure of agreed action items

Key Stakeholders:

• Internal: Partnership Sales, Renewals & Collections Operations, Contact Centre
• External: Bank and strategic distribution partners, contact centre vendors, and collection partners

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the life insurance renewal lifecycle, persistency computation, grace period, lapse, and revival rules
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Tech, Data Science, and Operations
