Associate Manager - Performance Marketing

Assistant Manager/ Manager – Performance Marketing (D2C) | Sleepwell

1. Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns for the Sleepwell D2C business, primarily across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. The role is based out of Bangalore.
2. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, shopping, display, and paid social, ensuring efficient budget utilization and strong campaign performance.
3. Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and targeting to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
4. Analyze marketing data using GA4, platform dashboards, and Excel to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
5. Build and maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as Revenue, ROAS, TACOS, CAC, and conversion rate.
6. Own CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns including email, WhatsApp, and remarketing flows to drive retention and repeat purchases.
7. Coordinate with affiliate partners, agencies, and platform teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
8. Work with brand, content, and tech teams to implement creative updates, landing page changes, and campaign requirements.
9. Stay updated on platform best practices, campaign optimization techniques, and digital marketing trends.
