Associate Manager - Operations

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Fleet Technology, IoT, GPS/Telematics, CCTV, or Technical Operations.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, vendor management, field operations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, mobility, or fleet industry is preferred.
• Comfortable and flexible with fieldwork and outstation travel.
• Two wheeler is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of IoT and devices installed across buses.
• Monitor GPS, CCTV, IoT devices and other fleet technology.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for installation and troubleshooting.
• Prepare MIS/reports and share regular updates with management, especially for SmartFleet operations.
