Associate Manager-MIS

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage MIS reports for the organization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze data using advanced Excel skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain complex PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide actionable solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in an Associate Manager role within a BPO or call center environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to create complex formulas, charts, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations with clear visuals and concise messaging.
