Associate Manager - MIS & Sales Coordination (Banca)

Role Overview:

The Banca - Virtual Channel MIS Executive/Analyst will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering highquality data insights, performance dashboards, and business analytics for Virtual Managed Channels. The role ensures accurate reporting, timely forecasting, and actionable insights that support business heads, regional heads, and central leadership in driving sales productivity, improving process efficiency, and strengthening decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for Virtual Channels (Classic, Prime, Hybrid).
• Track core KPIs including:
• EPI (Expected Premium Income)
• NOP
• Market Share %
• Conversion %
• Login Growth YoY
• Call Productivity Metrics (Contactability, Pitch %, Fix %, Conversion %)
• Product Mix UL, NonPar Savings, Protection
• Publish dashboards for management review (BH, RH, Unit Heads).

2. Sales Funnel & Activity Tracking

• Monitor lead flow and funnel metrics:
• Lead allocation
• Calling productivity
• Lead ageing & leakage
• Highlight action points for low-performing units and individuals (CSMs/THs/RMs).
• Provide insights to drive contest performance and month-end closures.

3. Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Analyse business trends at Channel/Unit/CSM/TH level.
• Identify gaps in performance and propose corrective actions.
• Run cohort analysis for:
• High propensity maturities
• Cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
• Re-churn analysis for non-connect base
• Build predictive views for sales planning and interventions.

4. Governance, Compliance & Quality

• Ensure 100% data accuracy and timely report delivery.
• Maintain compliance in data handling and storage.
• Track process adherence across units (documentation, F2F norms, HNI case handling, ERP recognition entries).

5. Automation & Process Improvement

• Develop automated dashboards (Excel, Power BI preferred).
• Improve efficiency of MIS generation and reduce manual dependency.
• Simplify data output formats for WhatsApp-ready communication and one-pagers.

6. Contest & Incentive Tracking

• Track contest performance (e.g., region-specific drives like Delhi Dil Se”, “North Dil Se”).
• Publish leaderboards, reward eligibility, and performance gaps.
• Ensure timely and transparent contest MIS throughout the contest period.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot, Look up etc.)
• Power BI/Tableau (good to have)
• Strong command on MIS structuring, data hygiene, and reconciliation
• Knowledge of CRM calling platforms, lead management systems
• Familiarity with insurance/bancassurance metrics

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Post-Graduate
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Experience in Virtual/Remote Sales Channel MIS will be an added advantage
