Associate Manager / Manager - IT Operations & Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & User Support

• Provide L2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage IT assets, laptop allocation, and inventory records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensure timely closure of helpdesk tickets.
• Manage and lead a team of 4-5 IT support and infrastructure engineers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management

Microsoft 365 & Intune

• Administer Microsoft 365 users and licenses.
• Manage Intune enrolled devices and compliance policies.
• Deploy applications and security updates through Intune.
• Support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Network & Firewall Infrastructure

• Monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
• Coordinate with network and ISP vendors for issue resolution.
• Support firewall administration and policy management.
• Maintain network documentation.

Security & Antivirus

• Monitor antivirus and endpoint security status.
• Assist in vulnerability remediation and patch management.
• Support MFA and user access management.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Monitor daily backup jobs.
• Coordinate restoration testing and backup verification.
• Maintain backup reports and records.
• Maintain backup retention and compliance requirements.

CCTV & Physical Security

• Coordinate CCTV operations and maintenance.
• Support office IT infrastructure and security systems.

IT Compliance Support

• Maintain IT documentation and asset registers.
• Support internal and external IT audits.
• Assist in policy reviews and compliance requirements.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and support.
• Track AMC and warranty renewals.
