Job Summary
The opportunity: Associate Manager-National-TAX-TAX - Indirect Tax - Indirect Tax Global Trade - Pune
Responsibilities - Analyze logistics cost trends, shipment KPIs, turnaround times, and operational bottlenecks.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA partners, shipping lines, transport vendors, and technology providers.
- Support automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Work with developers to translate business requirements into functional solution.
- Participate in product testing and issue resolution.
- Support vendor onboarding, training coordination, and implementation governance.
- Support end-to-end program management for international logistics and trade transformation projects.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate UI/UX reviews, workflow design, and feature prioritization.
