Description

Leading and executing end-to-end customer support and business solutions for assigned OEM accounts.

• Support the 2W Business Unit with a strong focus on front-line sales performance and customer engagement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with leading OEMs through periodic customer visits, direct interactions, seminars, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate closely with the India Sales Lead and Global Business Unit Head to drive business growth.
• Develop sales plans and execute business expansion strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, customer requirements, and pricing dynamics.
• Support existing customers and ongoing programs to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Product Delivery Customer Leader, Technical Sales, MP&L, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor competitor products, performance, and market activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer vehicle programs from the RFQ stage through business award.
• Drive proactive business development by understanding customer product roadmaps and developing corresponding product strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations and settlements for new and existing projects in accordance with company processes and governance requirements.
• Review account receivables for key customers and work with stakeholders to achieve receivable and cash collection targets.
• Develop and execute integrated communication plans for key internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
