Associate Manager - Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Handle general bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate and complete financial records.
• Perform account, ledger, and financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support month-end and periodic financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate closure of books.
• Record and review accounting transactions through ERP systems and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records, schedules, and accounting data.
• Apply basic accounting standards and principles in day-to-day finance operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate financial data required for reporting and analysis.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial information and documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and support other finance and accounting requirements as needed.
