Associate Manager - Design and Video

The Design & Video role is a key creative contributor within the Creative & Copy team, responsible for developing high-quality design and video assets that bring brand storytelling to life across campaigns, digital platforms, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Storytelling

• Create digital graphics, layouts, illustrations, and campaign visuals.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs across digital, print, experiential, and social channels.
• Adapt design concepts into platform-specific executions.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Video Production & Motion Graphics

• Lead video editing and post-production for campaigns, social content, and internal communications.
• Develop short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements.
• Collaborate on storyboarding and visual planning for video productions.
• Manage multiple video projects while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Content Development for Social & Digital

• Produce platform-native visuals and videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging social-first assets.
• Partner with social media and copy teams to create cohesive multimedia storytelling.
• Stay ahead of design, video, and content trends.

Collaboration & Project Leadership

• Work closely with copywriters, social teams, producers, and campaign managers.
• Own projects from concept to execution.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners.

Skills & Experience

• Strong design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced video editing and motion graphics experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design tools.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, and animation capabilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Production, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in design, video editing, or multimedia content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members is preferred.
