Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex network incidents across LAN, WAN, and enterprise network infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues involving routing, switching, and WAN technologies.

Lead technical investigations and ensure rapid resolution during critical incidents.
