Associate Manager Customer Service & Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, fixed deposits, and credit cards.
• Generate leads through customer referrals, field visits, and local market activities.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure completion of KYC documentation and account opening formalities.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update banking systems.
• Coordinate with branch operations to ensure seamless customer service.
• Educate customers on digital banking services, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, and Debit Cards.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and the bank's internal policies.
• Prepare daily activity reports and maintain sales pipelines.
• Participate in branch marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch business goals.
