Job Summary

Operations Workplace Projects management - Responsible for maintaining a seamless and safe workplace environment while executing minor capital and operational projects.

Responsibilities

• MEP and soft services management upkeep with health safety parameter monitoring
• Vendor management
• Managing small-scale office fitouts, seat reconfigurations, asset replacements, and space planning initiatives.
• Oversee total facility maintenance across hard services with outsourced FM organization
• Supervise embedded contractors and third-party service providers conduct monthly SLA/KPI reviews and ensure contract adherence.
• Budget Financial Administration: Manage site operational budgets (OpEx), process vendor purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and drive cost-optimization opportunities.
• Performance Metrics KPIS drafting, review measurement
• Maintain compliance across site
