Associate Manager || Compensation and Benefits || Chennai || US Shift

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees in the engineering & construction industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and competitor data for salary benchmarking purposes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to design employee benefit programs that align with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze job descriptions and evaluate positions based on factors such as skill level, experience requirements, and internal equity.

Job Requirements :

• 7-20 years of experience in compensation & benefits management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of benchmarking techniques (e.g., salary benchmarking) for developing competitive compensation packages.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets (e.g., survey results) to inform reward decisions.
• Experience working in an engineering & construction environment or similar industry.
