Associate Manager - Claims

Position : Associate Manager Claims

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Experience: 5-6 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Process and assess event-based insurance claims accurately and within timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and claim-related reports.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, RCU and Legal teams for claim assessment and investigations.
• Identify and highlight potential fraud cases to the Fraud Control Unit.
• Handle claim-related queries and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of experience in Insurance Operations / Claims.
• Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office; VBA/Macros will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
