Associate Manager - CIAM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and monitor the health and performance of the SaaS connector portfolio.
• Collaborate with product leadership to plan, prioritize, and roadmap feature development.
• Manage the product backlog, including defining feature requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders on internal communications, reporting, and business reviews.
• Work closely with engineering teams to execute feature enhancements and improvements.
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to triage and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Engage directly with customers for:
• Product research
• Connector onboarding
• Incident triaging and resolution
• Drive clarity and informed decision-making in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Balance technical feasibility with desired business outcomes to deliver impactful results.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in B2B/B2C SaaS Product Management
• Hands-on expertise in product backlog management and prioritization
• Experience driving GTM execution for SaaS products
• Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity and solutions
• Understanding of technical concepts and business outcomes
• Exposure to AI-driven products or enterprise AI copilots is a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Education: Relevant degree in a related field (preferred)
