Associate Manager Brand Partnerships

Role & responsibilities

• As part of our new marketplace team,
• you will bring great Indian brands onto House of Indya and help them succeed internationally.
• You will be the go-to partner for every brand you onboard,
• From the first conversation to their first sale and beyond.
• Discover promising Indian brands with strong potential among international customers
• Reach out to founders and brand teams through calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Pitch the House of Indya opportunity and turn conversations into partnerships
• Negotiate and close commercial terms, including pricing, margins and payment terms
• Manage onboarding end to end: documentation, agreements, catalogs and go-live
• Work with our catalog, pricing, operations and marketing teams to launch brands smoothly and on time
• Build strong, lasting relationships with brand owners and be their trusted point of contact
• Track brand performance and share insights that help brands grow their sales
• Maintain the brand pipeline and share weekly progress updates

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in brand onboarding, seller acquisition, partnerships, key account management or business development
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce or quick commerce businesses is a big plus
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Confident communication in English and Hindi
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple brands at once
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
