Associate Manager - BI & Reporting and Product Management

As part of the PGCS DAI organisation, the role leads the delivery of Business Intelligence and Reporting products, with Power BI as the primary platform. The role partners with business and other technical teams to shape reporting requirements, define scalable data and semantic solutions, manage demand intake, and ensure successful build, delivery and sustainment of reporting product.

Skills Required

Strong Power BI delivery experience report and dashboard development, DAX, semantic models, performance optimisation and deployment practices.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric ingestion and integration.

Experience integrating SAP BW/HANA and other enterprise data sources into analytics and reporting platforms.

ETL pipeline delivery on a Medallion Architecture, with an understanding of data quality, reconciliation and refresh management.

SQL for querying, validation and data analysis; familiarity with the Azure Data Analytics stack including Data Lake, Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory, Synapse and Databricks.

Functional and technical data experience in Supply Chain and Commercial domains is preferred;

Experience Required

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.

6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics or Data Management, with significant hands-on Power BI development.

Experience developing dashboards, reports and analytical solutions for business users, working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
