Position Overview
The Associate will play a key role in supporting Baker Tilly mission to deliver exceptional client service and strategic insights. This position involves supporting Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagements, including financial statement analysis, industry and business research, preparation of due diligence reports, working capital and tax reviews, client coordination, proposal support, and compliance with risk management and documentation standards..
Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the client objective
• Understanding the industry and business environment in which the client operates
• Analysis of the financial statements of the client
• Preparation of data-book, query list, revenue and expense analysis, working capital analysis, tax review, preparation of FDD report.
• Working on individual areas as assigned by the manager
• Giving timely feedback to the manager about work progress and issues identified requiring resolution from the clients
• Assisting in drafting business proposals and engagement letters
• Compliance with other risk management procedures for the work done including documentation as per the ASA Baker Tilly standards
• Assisting in preparing Company Profiles and Credentials
• Assist in other work for the service line
• Research and making presentation on technical matters

Qualification:

• CA (preferably first / Second attempt)
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience
