Associate - LMS : Third Party Contract

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop training materials using LMS tools to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the internet industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks accurately.
