Associate Lead Procurement

Purpose/Objective:

Associate Lead / Lead Procurement - MEP is responsible for strategizing and executing cost-effective procurement of MEP materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality. The role involves leading supplier negotiations, managing bids, and aligning procurement with project needs, while ensuring compliance with policies, industry standards, and ethical practices.

Educational Qualification:

B.E. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience: 6 - 12 years of experience in procurement
Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP commodities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements for MEP materials and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities with project timelines.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability of MEP commodities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Oversee the bidding process and manage the selection of suppliers for MEP materials and equipment.
• Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
• Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
