Associate Lawyer

VNS Legal is a corporate legal firm based in Chennai specialising in M&A, legal documentation and capital market work. We are interested in hiring candidates who are interested in corporate laws including corporate secretarial practice.  The role is to assist our firm for our corporate legal services & advisory role. We also do a lot of corporate legal documentation in terms of contracts, agreements and also do corporate secretarial work including legal due diligences.

Role & responsibilities

Drafting & review of commercial contracts, carrying out legal due diligences, corporate legal advisory services, foreign exchange & capital market advisory services

Preferred candidate profile

Lawyers with a background in corporate laws with a passion for learning new areas. Candidates with prior exposure to company secretarial practice and private equity & transactional work will be preferred.
