Salary & Benefits

CTC: 3.3 LPA

Take Home: Approx. 22,500/month

Night Shift Allowance: 135 per night (approx.)

One-Way Cab Facility – Pickup/Home Drop as per shift

5 Days Working

Any 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
• Use basic computer applications for customer transactions
• Maintain quality and productivity standards

• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Good customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in US night shifts
