Associate Interior Engineer Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Associate Interior Engineer to support the execution and delivery of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have practical site execution experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple project stakeholders. A Diploma Civil Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution, who is comfortable working on-site and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to the required quality standards.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Engagement: Service Contract till further notice

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 3–4 Years

Remuneration: At par with industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Execute interior fit-out works in accordance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Ensure execution is aligned with material delivery schedules and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and timelines.
• Support timely resolution of site-level issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for corrective actions.
• Assist in ensuring successful project completion, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination across project teams.
