Overview:

We are hiring an Associate - Inside Sales. The role involves calling customers, understanding their requirements, closing bookings, and coordinating internally with the supply/operations team to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and respond to incoming customer calls and leads promptly.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all assigned leads.
- Convert leads into bookings and consistently achieve daily sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion funnel.
- Maintain customer relationships as a top priority throughout the sales journey.
- Build trust and confidence with customers through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right travel options.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in the designated system.
- Track lead status, conversions, and pending follow-ups consistently.
- Focus on improving lead-to-booking conversion and overall sales productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and any one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
- Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / travel sales preferred
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

- Comfortable with targets and high calling volumes

- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
