Associate- Indirect Taxation

Role & responsibilities

• Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns.
• Perform GST reconciliation, Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
• Manage indirect tax compliance, documentation and maintenance of statutory records.
• Assist in handling GST notices, assessments, audits and departmental queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for timely tax compliance and reporting.
• Support finance and accounting activities, including invoice verification and ledger scrutiny.
• Strong knowledge of GST & Indirect Taxation
• Tally / SAP / ERP
• MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• GST Portal knowledge
• Accounting and reconciliation skills

Preferred candidate profile

4-8 years in GST, Indirect Taxation, Finance or Accounts.
