Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timing: Comfortable working from the office in 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM shift.

Note: Cab facilities will be provided if your location falls within our designated transport zone.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Associate India Contract Solutions

The UnitedLex Contracts Solutions team is thrilled to announce an opportunity for an Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our valued client relationships by assisting in their contract management department. We welcome applicants from India to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review basic contracts such as NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and vendor agreements.
• Check contracts for accuracy and follow client guidelines.
• Join calls with clients and vendors when needed.
• Help review contract changes and raise complex issues to senior team members.
• Work with the legal team to resolve contract-related questions.
• Communicate professionally with vendors through emails and calls.
• Keep contract records and trackers updated.
• Follow company and client contract processes and procedures.
• Build good working relationships with clients and vendors.
• Support the team with additional contract-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of law school.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Sound business judgment, with the ability to anticipate and analyze the consequences of decisions/initiatives and understand the needs of the client.
• While not mandatory, familiarity with the healthcare sector is preferred due to the client's focus on healthcare solutions.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication proficiency.
• May occasionally require flexibility to respond to after-hours requests as dictated by business needs.
• Must maintain a quiet working environment with a reliable broadband connection.
