Associate III - Production Support - Java Support

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Associate with 5-6 years of experience in application production support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Unix/Linux, and Oracle databases, along with experience in handling critical production incidents, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring system availability in a 24x7 support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Analyze application logs and identify root causes of issues.
• Perform SQL queries and data validation using Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Implement fixes, workarounds, and preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
• Support application deployments, release activities, and post-deployment validations.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
