Job Summary
You will serve as an experienced individual contributor responsible for delivering projects that influence departmental performance and operational outcomes. In this role, you will apply sound judgment to solve moderately complex business and process challenges while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with established practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help develop less experienced colleagues. Success is measured through project delivery, process effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities - Manage projects and initiatives that support departmental goals and measurable business outcomes
- Analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions using data and sound judgment
- Execute routine to moderately complex assignments with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely and effective results
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues when appropriate
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to relevant stakeholders
- Support the development and adoption of best practices, standards, and procedures
- Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support to less experienced team members

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, initiatives, or operational workstreams

- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

- Experience supporting process transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with project management frameworks, tools, and reporting techniques
