Hiring Associate I, Recruitment Operations / Stakeholder Management

Location: Hyderabad

Experience 1 to 3 Yrs only
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office
Shift: US Shift 6:00 PM onwards
Interview: In-Person (F2F)

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in US Recruitment / US Talent Acquisition
• Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Strong HR Operations / Recruitment Operations experience
• Candidate Screening, Shortlisting & Recruiter Support
• ATS / HR Systems, MS Excel & Candidate Tracking
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment operations

Must Have

US Recruitment experience
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong stakeholder management
HR Operations / Recruitment Operations
Good coordination and follow-up skills

Notice Period
