About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality hiring standards
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 -8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
• Experience in volume hiring, lateral hiring, or campus recruitment is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
