Associate - HR Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and energetic Associate - HR Operations to manage our daily HR tasks, assets, and team engagement. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for HRMS portal, handle company laptops, manage software credentials, and build a fun workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

HRMS & HR Operations: Manage the HRMS portal for attendance, leave, onboarding, exits, and payroll Coordination and Compliance.

Hiring Assistance: Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Data Management: Maintain comprehensive, organized, and confidential digital employee records and HR files.

Access & Credential Management: Set up and remove employee accounts for all company software and internal tools.

Asset Management: Purchase, track, assign, and collect company hardware like laptops.

Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan team-building activities, celebrate workplace milestones, and support employee queries.

What We Look For

1 to 4 years in HR operations or office administration.

Prior hands-on experience using the HRMS portal is mandatory. Keka experience is preferred.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and a warm, approachable personality.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
