Role Overview
Join a fast-growing healthcare services company as an Associate handling healthcare-related enquiries for corporate employees from leading organizations who have already shown interest in the company's healthcare services. You will guide them through app features and benefits, resolve queries, and convert warm leads into active users. This is a lead conversion role, not cold calling.
