Position: Associate Circle Head Agency Channel (Team Handling)

Location - Pune & Nandurbar

Job Summary

HDFC Life Insurance is looking for experienced insurance sales professionals for the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of frontline sales professionals, driving business growth and developing a strong distribution network through Financial Consultants (Insurance Advisors).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and motivate a team of Sales Managers / Frontline Sales Executives.
• Drive life insurance business through the Agency Channel.
• Recruit, develop and activate Financial Consultants (Insurance Advisors).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Monitor team performance through regular reviews and field visits.
• Guide team members in lead generation, customer meetings and business closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing advisors.
• Ensure business quality, persistency and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
• At least 2 years of on-roll team-handling experience.
• Prior experience in the Agency Channel preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
