Job Summary
About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Fraud Claims Operations Representative.
In this role, you will:
- Support fraud and claims functional area by proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to improve customer experience, and offer ideas to mitigate risks through effective authentication of customers to prevent fraudulent activity
- Perform moderately complex customer support tasks byutilizingprocess knowledge and analytical skillsinresolving analert.
- Oversee multiplealerttypes, takeappropriate actiontodecisions on the case using multiple systems and applications, and may contact third parties for research, as needed
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions or issues
- Interact with immediate team and functional area onwiderrange of information, plus internal customers.
- 6+ months of customer service support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- FraudAlerts, detection, or prevention experience or banking financial operations experience
- Ability to work effectively, as well asindependently or as a team, in a results-driven environment while managing own caseload withintimeframeexpectations
- Amenable toworkingin rotatingshifts andweekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Detection Operation Processes in Fraud Claims Management Domain.
- Knowledge of Fraud Life cycle for Debit, Credit card,AML,KYCCheck, and Online Fraud products.
- Ability to workadditionalhours as needed.
