Associate Founders Office

* Work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic and business-

critical initiatives.

• Conduct business research, market analysis, and prepare insights for decision-making.
• Track and drive execution of key initiatives across different functions.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priorities.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing business plans, financial/business models, and management presentations.
• Participate in internal and external meetings and ensure effective follow-ups.
• Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments entrusted by the Founder/CEO.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Founders Office, CEOs Office, Business Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution mindset.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.
• MBA/PGDM or a degree from a reputed institution would be an added advantage.
