About this role
Key Skills:
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Review and record journal entries, accruals, provisions
- Validate financial statements and key balance sheet movements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
- Manage Non-SAP / legacy entity postings
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
- Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation and GL management
- Familiarity with SAP/CargoWise, or similar tools, TrueBalance
- Understanding of Internal Controls, and audit requirements
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in shared services / global finance operations
- Experience in transition, migration, or transformation projects within finance operations is highly desirable
Shift Timing: North America region (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST) additional hours may be required during critical close periods.
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Record-to-Report / ATR roles
Education: MBA Finance, CA/CMA Inter
