Associate Finance and Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts, providing financial guidance and support.
• Proactively contact customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and collaborate with the collections team for effective debt recovery.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and work towards resolution.
• Provide financial advice and information to customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, statements, and account details.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment terms and collaborate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
