About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Associate in Finance Accounts at Aster Global Centre - India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility - Managing financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Preparing and reviewing financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and financial management tools.
