JD for Associate - Field Sales
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key account customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Regularly update the sales funnel in Zoho, including tracking leads and prospects, as well as noting any orders lost and updating sales statuses daily. Use the Excel dashboards as a reference and make sure not to miss.
- Conduct frequent site visits to key account locations to maintain a personal connection with the customer, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by discussing the client's current and future needs during site visits.
- Arrange accurate and competitive quotations based on the client's requirements and in consultation with relevant departments (e.g., pricing, product specialists).
- Present quotations and proposals to key accounts in a professional and persuasive manner, highlighting the value and benefits of your products or services.
- Ensure that PO'S are processed accurately and efficiently, including tracking, and confirming delivery dates and managing any changes or modifications to orders.
- After each activity, work with the sales coordinators to create the Service Acceptance Certificate. Get signatures from the user and their reporting manager before generating the invoice.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices to key accounts and follow-up to ensure timely payment. Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key account customers to resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
